What a great experience purchasing our first home! Ruby Thambiah of Homelife Future was knowledgeable, professional, and extremely attentive to all of our needs. As first time buyers, we had many questions and she was able to answer them all, as well as provided us valuable advice on the real estate market. Ruby was highly organized and thorough in her research of properties, plus she was always available when we needed to meet with him.
Real Estate Services of Sathy Sivasubramaniam were exemplary. Sathy went beyond the expectations of an agent...very courteous and personable. Sathy is caring and easy to work with.

Sugan Sivarajah of Homelife/Future Realty Brokerage was amazing! I could get a hold of Sugan whenever I needed to. And when I called Sugan multiple times throughout the day, he returned my calls promptly and was always helpful, answering all my questions with a smile. Sugan made the entire home buying process, even the last minute problems with the mortgage and home insurance, a good experience for me. I don’t think I would be in my own home right now if it wasn’t for the hard work that Sugan put in. I would never want to use anyone else for buying or selling a home.

There are several good trust worthy Tamil Realtors as well as self serving bad ones.Though my Tamil Realtor did a terrific job, some of my friends and relatives have bad very bad experience with their Tamil Realtors. It is better to stay away from self serving Tamil Realtors.

Sun Shanmugathas from Property/Max Realty, is one of the worst agent I ever had to deal with. Sun Shanmugathas doesn't care about his customers and he only cares about getting his commision. He only cares about stealing your money. He sold my property for 320000 and he told me that he was only able to sell it for 300000 showing some fake offers as he was pretending like he is helping me. Sun Shanmugathas doesn't work for his clients but he wants his client's money. If you ever come across Sun Shanmugathas, please avoid this guy. There are a lot of good tamil realtors but avoid Sun Shanmugathas. From my personal experience, Sun Shanmugathas would do anything or say anything to get your money transferred to his account. I'm in the process of sueing Sun Shanmugathas for what he did.
Think 100 times before if you ever has to work with Sun Shanmugathas . Sun Shanmugathas is a Wrong Choice for real esate business
